How we work
We start with the person, not a program.
For a teenager who cannot always tell you what they want, the work is patient detective work. We take the time to find what they are reaching for, then build everything around it.
- 1
We watch before we plan
The first sessions are for learning, not doing. What calms them, what gets a reaction, what they reach for. We do not arrive with a program. We arrive ready to pay attention.
- 2
We find the way in
For a teenager who communicates without words, we read body language, sounds and routines until something clicks. It takes patience, and it is the part most providers skip.
- 3
One support worker, who stays
The same person turns up each week and builds a real relationship: the good days, the hard ones, the signals no one else has had time to learn. No rotating strangers.
- 4
We work with your whole team
We join the monthly meetings with OTs, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners, trial their strategies in real sessions, and come back with what actually happened.
- 5
We flex around real life
Shorter sessions when that is what fits, schedules that shift, plans that move when the week does. Support should bend around your family, not the other way around.

Working with your clinical team
We do not just take the plan and disappear.
When a behaviour support practitioner suggests a strategy, we try it in the next session and report back with specifics, often within the same week. When a calming approach is recommended, we tell you whether it actually helped, and what we saw.
We sit in the monthly meetings, we attend therapy sessions so we can learn the techniques first-hand, and we keep the whole team pointing the same way. That feedback loop is where the slow, real progress comes from.
Getting started
We come and meet you first. No paperwork, no pressure.
Before anything is signed, we have a real conversation about what is working and what is not. If it feels right, we start slow, with a few sessions to learn the person before we plan a thing.
A conversation, not a commitment
Come and meet us first.
No paperwork, no pressure. Tell us a little about your teenager, or someone on your caseload, and we will come to you.
