Vel Care Alliance works across the Perth metro area. We support teenagers with complex needs through one-to-one care, real activities, and a support worker who does not move on after a few weeks.
What we do
Support built around one teenager, not a service menu.
We are not a generalist provider trying to be everything. We do a few things well, for teenagers who need patient, consistent support.
Respite and weekends away
One-to-one respite across Perth. Fishing trips, bush walks, and weekends away that give your teenager a real day and give you a proper break.
One-to-one community support
The same worker each week, out in the community, building the everyday skills and confidence that come from doing real things together.
School-leaver pathways
For teenagers finishing school with no clear next step, we find the way into TAFE, volunteering, or paid work, at their pace.
Working with your clinical team
We join the monthly meetings with your behaviour support practitioner, OT and speech pathologist, and trial their strategies in real sessions.

Vel Care Alliance is a registered NDIS provider. Before anything is signed, we come and meet you, have a real conversation about what is working and what is not, and start slow.
The first sessions are for learning your teenager, not running a program. That is how we build support that actually fits.
Who we support
Teenagers other providers have found hard.
We work with teenagers who are non-verbal, and with teenagers whose behaviours have seen other providers step back. If your teenager has been stuck at home after two providers moved on, this is the work we are built for.
